HRIS Specialist

Job Summary

HRIS Specialist, responsible for leading the administration and optimization of HR technology systems, ensuring data accuracy and a seamless employee experience in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Ceridian Dayforce platform, including HR, payroll, benefits, and time modules
• Manage integrations across HR systems to ensure secure and accurate data flow
• Perform audits and build reports to support HR decision-making and maintain system health

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, specifically with Ceridian Dayforce
• Deep knowledge of core HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with additional HR tools such as compensation and performance platforms
• Advanced reporting and dashboarding capabilities for leadership insights
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance best practices
