Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Specialist II to join their People and Culture team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support various Workday functional areas including compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, and recruiting
  • Build reports and dashboards, conduct audits, and ensure data governance across HRIS data
  • Provide training and support to team members and identify opportunities to streamline HRIS processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field
  • 5-8 years of HRIS experience specifically within Workday
  • Hands-on experience with Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting
  • Strong understanding of Workday dashboards and advanced reporting
  • French proficiency required
