HRIS System Analyst
Job Summary
Providing essential support for HRIS systems, the full-time HRIS System Analyst will manage daily production support, system optimization, and application maintenance while collaborating with HR and business users to enhance system functionality and reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve system issues while ensuring data integrity and supporting ongoing process improvements
- Document system requests, coordinate with vendors, and manage complex HRIS initiatives and project resources
- Develop and test functional specifications, ad hoc reports, and maintain system configurations for Oracle Fusion applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems & Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience with computer applications, including programming or analysis
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration
- Oracle certification is a plus, with a requirement to obtain certification in the applicable Oracle Fusion module
- 1-2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion applications
