HRIS Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS System Analyst to support HR technology alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HR systems in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate issue resolution, system updates, and enhancements with internal teams and ADP Managed Services
• Support system integrations and data flows across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and continuity

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or related systems-focused roles
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably ADP platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis
• Experience supporting system integrations and data management processes
• Familiarity with HR processes, such as employee lifecycle and payroll, is a plus
