HRIS Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing production support and data analysis, the full-time contract HRIS Systems Analyst will work remotely to support Workday HCM and MAPS processes, ensuring data accuracy and seamless user experience across HR and Vessel Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Workday HCM and MAPS business processes for Vessel Operations
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across HR and integration processes
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions and support testing and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of Workday HR/HRIS experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL/Oracle PL SQL reporting
- Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle is a plus
- Vessel operations business process knowledge desired
