Job Summary

A company is looking for a People & Culture Technology Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 support for People & Culture technology platforms and respond to HRIS inquiries
  • Support standard and ad hoc reporting requests and execute data maintenance activities
  • Maintain system stability, data integrity, and ensure timely service delivery across technology solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an HRIS, HR operations, data, or reporting focused role
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures (e.g., employee, job, organizational, and position data)
  • Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and validating reports
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
