Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time HRIS Time and Absence Analyst will manage the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules, ensuring optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems
- Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence configuration
- Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions
