Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Analyst to implement, maintain, and optimize Workday Human Capital Management functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve enhancement requests and design scalable solutions in collaboration with HRIS Product Owners and stakeholders
- Configure and maintain Workday functionalities, ensuring long-term scalability and compliance with business objectives
- Manage HRIS support cases and develop user guides to improve the user experience
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of technical experience supporting Workday HCM, including various modules
- Hands-on experience in configuring Workday HCM, including business processes and reporting frameworks
- Advanced experience in developing Workday reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience troubleshooting Workday integrations and designing scalable configurations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
