Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Analyst to implement, maintain, and optimize Workday Human Capital Management functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve enhancement requests and design scalable solutions in collaboration with HRIS Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionalities, ensuring long-term scalability and compliance with business objectives
  • Manage HRIS support cases and develop user guides to improve the user experience
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of technical experience supporting Workday HCM, including various modules
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Workday HCM, including business processes and reporting frameworks
  • Advanced experience in developing Workday reporting and analytics solutions
  • Experience troubleshooting Workday integrations and designing scalable configurations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
