Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules
  • Lead Benefits administration activities and coordinate with vendors
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for Core HCM and Benefits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday HCM
  • Experience with US payroll and benefits in Workday, particularly with Alight or other vendors
  • Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
  • Understanding of project estimation methodologies
