Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Workday HCM & Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM and Benefits modules
- Lead Benefits administration activities and coordinate with vendors
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for Core HCM and Benefits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
- At least 2 years of experience supporting Workday HCM
- Experience with US payroll and benefits in Workday, particularly with Alight or other vendors
- Experience implementing large-scale transformation projects in HR
- Understanding of project estimation methodologies
