Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Workday Lead in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and maintenance for HR technology solutions, focusing on Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, application vendors, and IT for system improvements and issue fixes
  • Translate business needs into effective design recommendations, lead deployment activities, and support HR system projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
  • Expertise in multiple Workday modules, such as Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, etc
  • 8+ years of experience supporting and implementing HR and/or payroll systems
  • 4+ years of experience with Workday Report Writer and/or Workday Integration Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical collaborators
