Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Workday System Administrator to support their People team and internal business partners in managing the Workday HCM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and operational support of the Workday HCM system
- Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and primary point-of-contact for business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards
- Drive technical requirements, implement, test, and deploy additional Workday modules as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of Workday experience
- Strong configuration knowledge of Workday, particularly HCM Core and payroll
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a Technology-related field)
