Job Summary
Handling complex employee inquiries, the full-time remote HRSC Specialist Tier 2 will manage case resolutions through ServiceNow and Workday, support HR system upgrades, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with established policies.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, triage, and resolve complex inquiries from employees through the case management system
- Analyze case trends to reduce repeat issues and make recommendations for process improvements
- Document processes and maintain knowledge articles to enhance service delivery and support HR system upgrades
Required qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, or Employee Relations
- Advanced experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or similar HR technology platforms
- Experience handling escalated employee cases and complex HR transactions
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Demonstrated ability to interpret HR policies and procedures effectively
