HRSG Field Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for construction, building, and commissioning activities at customer sites, the full-time HRSG Field Engineer will manage site mobilization, civil work, erection, and commissioning tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee installation and construction operations on-site, including civil, mechanical, and electrical tasks
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the primary interface between the customer and the organization
- Utilize technical knowledge to resolve issues and support team integration within established procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Project Management, Installation, and Construction
- Basic understanding of key business drivers and team integration
- Ability to lead a junior team and manage subcontractors
- Good interpersonal skills for customer-facing roles
