Job Summary
Supervising a hybrid team in Tier 2 benefits operations, the full-time HRSS Operations Supervisor will manage case escalations, ensure operational excellence, and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a hybrid team performing Tier 2 benefits operations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met
- Manage the administration and reconciliation of benefits programs, including COBRA and HSA/FSA, while resolving complex cases and coordinating with various departments
- Oversee case management workflow within the HR Shared Services system, serving as an escalation point for complex Tier 2 cases
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR Shared Services, including benefits administration
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly in benefits and case management
