HSA Custodial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Custodial Operations Analyst 1 to support daily operations of Health Savings Account processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process internal bank transfers and reconcile bank accounts for HSA transactions
• Collect and validate data to ensure accuracy of HSA transactional records and generate operational reports
• Respond to consumer and partner inquiries regarding HSA processing and support internal teams with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
• High proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
• 1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
• Experience with HSA/custodial operations or in a treasury or accounting role preferred
• Must successfully pass a background investigation
