HSA Custodial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time HSA Custodial Operations Analyst will manage daily operations of Health Savings Account processes, including transaction processing, data analysis, and operational efficiency improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process internal bank transfers and reconcile bank accounts while facilitating HSA contributions and distributions
• Gather and validate data to ensure accuracy of HSA transactional records and generate reports on operational metrics
• Identify risks in operational processes and resolve transaction discrepancies while providing customer support for HSA inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail
• High proficiency in spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• 1-2 years of experience in HSA/custodial operations or a treasury/accounting role
• Proven ability to adapt to change and take initiative on new projects
