HSE Data & Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

To support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, the full-time remote HSE Data & Analytics Specialist will develop and manage digital tools, data systems, and analytics while driving automation and ensuring data integrity through dashboards and applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop custom HSE applications and digital workflows for incident reporting and inspections
• Build and maintain automation using platforms like Power Automate and SharePoint
• Create dashboards and reports to visualize key HSE metrics and ensure data accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• 2+ years of programming experience or digital system administration
• Familiarity with HSE software such as Incident Management and SAP EHS
• Understanding of OSHA/CSA reporting and incident investigation workflows is preferred
