A company is looking for a HSE Director for Data Center Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs
• Manage team activities, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide information to senior management regarding safety issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
