A company is looking for a HSE Director, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs
• Manage team activities, including staff training, performance evaluations, and recruitment
• Ensure regulatory compliance and act as the main contact for government and safety organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to manage targets across multiple departments
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
