HSE Director for Data Centers

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs, the full-time HSE Director for Data Centers will manage departmental activities, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff while coordinating daily activities and establishing work schedules
• Approve changes to playbooks and procedures, ensuring consistency and efficiency in Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives
• Act as the primary contact for government agencies and internal safety efforts, while reporting on health, safety, and environmental compliance and performance to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to manage targets and achieve departmental results
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
