Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Safety and Environment Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HSE strategy across global operations and align programs with sustainability and zero-harm objectives
• Coach operations and technical staff in HSE ownership and support safe exploration campaign execution
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to HSE policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HSE role with a focus on safety culture
• Experience in mining or oil & gas exploration and production
• Expert knowledge of global HSE legislation and mining standards
