HSE Lead, ISO 45001

Job Summary

As the HSE Lead, ISO 45001, in a remote capacity, the successful candidate will design and manage the HSE management system, digital tools, and training infrastructure to ensure safety across multiple jurisdictions while supporting field operations with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the KoBold HSE Management System, ensuring alignment with ISO 45001 and continuous improvement
• Lead the digital HSE stack, including vendor evaluation, workflow configuration, and administration
• Design and implement HSE analytics and training programs that engage field teams and support safety initiatives

Required qualifications

• Five or more years in HSE with experience in enterprise HSE software administration
• Proven experience in building or improving HSE management systems aligned with ISO 45001 or equivalent
• Experience designing HSE training programs and managing a Learning Management System
• Strong written communication skills for creating standards and documentation
• Ability to travel to remote sites and pass medical fitness screenings as required
