Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health & Safety Professional to implement HSE functions and drive safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safe behaviors and manufacturing processes while driving hazard awareness and injury prevention
• Review and implement company-wide safety programs and provide guidance on safety standards and policies
• Conduct post-accident investigations and lead teams to develop safe work standards and environmental reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent HSE experience
• 5 - 8 years of HSE experience with increasing responsibilities
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, coaching, and mentoring a team
• Training in ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
