Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, business, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years in the HSE professional consulting services industry
• At least 15 years of progressive management experience in a matrix environment
• Experience in designing business models for HSE Professional Services
• Leadership experience in large organizations and change management
