A company is looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Senior Director, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy for HSE professional services aligned with business goals
• Build internal HSE consulting capabilities and manage service delivery
• Engage in business development to secure new HSE opportunities and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, business, or a similar field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE professional consulting services
• At least 15 years of progressive management experience in a matrix environment
• Experience in designing business models for HSE services
• Leadership experience in large organizations supporting policy making and change management
