Job Summary

Leading health, safety, and environmental initiatives, the full-time HSE Senior Manager will develop and implement programs for medium to large-sized clients while ensuring compliance and promoting a proactive culture, with opportunities for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Develop and manage strategic risk management strategies to track operational and safety risks and reduce incidents
• Monitor regulatory compliance and execute solutions to improve and maintain standards within the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Additional certifications as required by local authority
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and achieve operational targets
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset
