Job Summary

A company is looking for an HTG Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with HTG Manager and Coordinator to set up, test, and update union contracts in the Hours to Gross Engine (HTG)
  • Perform data entry of contract scale rates and minimum wage tables in the HTG system, ensuring accuracy
  • Anticipate the needs of the HTG team regarding contract setup, testing, and administrative support
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in payroll and data entry
  • Experience with entertainment union payroll is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and inquisitive nature
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management skills
