Job Summary
A company is looking for an HTG Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with HTG Manager and Coordinator to set up, test, and update union contracts in the Hours to Gross Engine (HTG)
- Perform data entry of contract scale rates and minimum wage tables in the HTG system, ensuring accuracy
- Anticipate the needs of the HTG team regarding contract setup, testing, and administrative support
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in payroll and data entry
- Experience with entertainment union payroll is a plus
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive nature
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills
