Job Summary

A company is looking for a HTM Procurement Specialist in Clinical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer service requests and inquiries through the CMMS work order system
  • Process HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders and ensure compliance with supplier policies
  • Enter invoices into the AP system and reconcile them with purchase orders and receipts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Five or more years of experience in a healthcare office environment
  • Familiarity with basic medical equipment terminology
  • Proficiency in using CMMS work order systems and invoicing applications
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
