Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize their HubSpot CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and implementing segmentation strategies for marketing
• Oversee structural changes to the HubSpot instance in collaboration with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with data security standards
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics to provide insights into database health and marketing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HubSpot's capabilities and experience in managing custom objects
• Proven ability to implement marketing automation workflows and data integrations
• Experience in database management, including data hygiene and deduplication
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable recommendations for business growth
• Experience in training team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices
