Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize their HubSpot environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary admin for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring optimal configuration for lead management
  • Collaborate with the LCM Team to track marketing-generated leads through the HubSpot lifecycle
  • Design and optimize automated sales sequences and reporting to enhance lead response and conversion
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HubSpot Administration experience in a B2B SaaS or PLG environment
  • Experience building and scaling outbound and upsell sales motions
  • Proficient in lead scoring models and complex lead routing architectures
  • Expertise in HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and revenue reporting
  • Experience collaborating with technical Martech and Sales Ops teams
