HubSpot Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, the full-time remote HubSpot Analyst will manage system administration, build workflows, support sales teams, and enhance reporting and analytics across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub, maintaining a clean and compliant CRM environment
• Build and manage automated workflows for lead routing, nurturing, and sales handoff, while supporting lifecycle management
• Create and manage dashboards and custom reports for Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring accurate data flow and integration with external tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 2-5 years of HubSpot administration experience in both Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
• Experience supporting Marketing and Sales functions, preferably in education or subscription-driven organizations
• Strong proficiency in workflows, pipelines, integration management, and reporting
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and troubleshooting complex issues
