HubSpot Architect

Job Summary

Owning client HubSpot engagements from discovery to enablement, the full-time HubSpot Architect will manage client relationships, architect CRM foundations, and lead data quality projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to document processes and identify gaps
• Architect and build CRM foundations, including property architecture and automation logic
• Own demandDrive's HubSpot instance, prioritizing internal requests and maintaining data integrity

Required qualifications:

• Deep, hands-on expertise in HubSpot across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub, including custom objects and workflow automation
• Working knowledge of HubSpot Data Hub and experience with data quality automation and deduplication projects
• Familiarity with HubSpot's AI tools, including Agent Builder and custom agents
• Proven client leadership skills, capable of conducting discovery sessions and managing expectations
• Experience with data migration and integration, including building import templates and handling associations
