HubSpot Automation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of automated workflows, the remote HubSpot Automation Specialist will build and maintain complex partner workflows, execute automations for Sales, Support, and Account Management teams, and ensure seamless integration between Product systems and HubSpot.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex partner workflows, including optimization and error resolution
• Deploy HubSpot automations to streamline processes for Sales, Support, and Account Management teams
• Ensure data sync and operational flows between Product systems and HubSpot are functioning correctly

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building complex HubSpot workflows in a relevant environment
• HubSpot certifications and completed Academy courses in Workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field
• Deep understanding of CRM infrastructure and HubSpot objects, including standard and custom objects
• Expert proficiency in HubSpot Workflows, including object-based automations and branching logic
