Job Summary
Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment links, and invoices in HubSpot Commerce while reconciling data with QuickBooks and addressing client billing concerns in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage recurring subscriptions, create payment links, and generate invoices in HubSpot Commerce
- Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Serve as the point of contact for client billing inquiries and coordinate necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform, including processing subscriptions and invoices
- Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
- 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
- Comfortable managing high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
