Job Summary
Owning the full billing and collections lifecycle, the full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist will manage subscriptions, payment links, and invoices remotely while reconciling HubSpot with QuickBooks and addressing client billing concerns during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce, including payment links and invoices
- Reconcile HubSpot Commerce activity against QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records
- Serve as the primary contact for client billing questions and coordinate adjustments while maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with the HubSpot Commerce platform
- Proven experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks
- 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or a similar finance operations role
- Comfortable managing high transaction volume in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work full-time during Eastern Time Zone business hours
