Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Sales & Marketing CRM Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for the Revenue Operations Team and resolve system issues
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot and integrated tools
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including process guides and user manuals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • HubSpot certification (minimum: HubSpot Sales Software or Marketing Software certification)
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot's core capabilities and basic functionality
  • Experience with or exposure to technical integrations (e.g., Zapier, basic API connections)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience (internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework may be considered)
