Job Summary

Detail-oriented and technically minded, the part-time temporary HubSpot CRM Operations Specialist will support CRM, marketing automation, and lead management efforts by building, maintaining, and troubleshooting HubSpot workflows and systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows for lead management and customer onboarding
• Configure and manage HubSpot properties, lists, forms, and segmentation logic
• Maintain CRM data quality through regular audits and process documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience in CRM operations or technical marketing roles
• Strong experience in building and troubleshooting complex HubSpot workflows
• Experience managing CRM data quality and custom properties
• Familiarity with HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and funnel performance data
• Ability to translate business needs into clear HubSpot requirements and execution plans
