Job Summary
To support the delivery team, the full-time HubSpot Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end Fast Track HubSpot implementations, ensuring high-quality RevOps foundations while collaborating with sales and project teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HubSpot Fast Track implementations using proven templates and best practices, while managing delivery quality and timelines
- Identify patterns to improve Fast Track templates and processes, providing structured feedback for product evolution
- Maintain clear communication and documentation for builds and client handovers, ensuring smooth delivery transitions
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in implementation and/or project management
- At least 1 year of experience using HubSpot
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven project and organizational management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead discussions with stakeholders
