Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist (contract).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HubSpot instance, execute marketing campaigns, and optimize lead flows
• Provide strategic input on email and marketing automation best practices and ensure CRM data integrity
• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and workflows while monitoring KPIs and campaign performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and automation
• Proven experience building lifecycle campaigns from the ground up
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
