Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the onboarding process for new clients using HubSpot tools
Provide training and support to clients on HubSpot CRM and its various hubs
Collaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of HubSpot solutions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably in a B2B environment
In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot
