Job Summary
A company is looking for a HubSpot Operations Lead responsible for administering HubSpot as the CRM and marketing automation platform across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage HubSpot as the system of record for Marketing, Sales, and Client Success
- Optimize HubSpot configuration and build reports and dashboards for performance visibility
- Design and manage workflows, lead routing, and execute email campaigns across various audiences
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM systems with HubSpot
- Expertise in configuring and administering HubSpot, including workflows and integrations
- Experience in managing lead capture, routing, scoring, and cross-team data flows
- Proficiency in building dashboards and reports for funnel performance and campaign impact
- Analytical skills to interpret data and implement operational improvements
