HubSpot Platform Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the management and optimization of HubSpot and related platforms, the full-time temporary HubSpot Platform Analyst will ensure accurate data collection and reporting while collaborating with hub teams to enhance platform adoption and user training through December 15th, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and reporting processes to ensure effective tracking and evaluation
• Support the integration of paid media platforms with HubSpot for improved lead capture and audience management
• Establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards in partnership with hub teams

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment with a focus on data management and CRM operations
• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot is required
• Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, and audience segmentation
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
