HubSpot Services Manager

Job Summary

A company in the Marketing industry is seeking a HubSpot Services Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as a resident expert for the team on HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub
• Manage HubSpot-related processes, such as standard reporting, onboarding processes, and priorities for leveraging more features in client HubSpot instances
• Assist HubSpot Support Specialists with clients who struggle to communicate needs related to HubSpot and guide on implementing HubSpot recommendations within client HubSpot instances

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of HubSpot experience
• Experience managing teams
• Is fluent in marketing automation software, specifically HubSpot (required)
• Proven skills with the strategy and tactics of digital marketing campaigns
• Digital marketing agency experience working directly with clients
• Resides in eastern or central time zones
