Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of clients, the full-time HubSpot Solutions Strategist will design, implement, and optimize HubSpot-centric marketing and sales operations solutions while collaborating with internal teams and maintaining client communication in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to analyze client business and revenue operations requirements and propose strategic plans for HubSpot optimization
- Serve as the lead strategist for client engagements, maintaining regular communication and presenting technical decisions and insights
- Stay current on HubSpot updates and manage integrations, migrations, and implementations while troubleshooting data and system issues
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HubSpot solutions strategy, RevOps, or technical marketing/operations
- Proven track record with HubSpot at an architecture or implementation level, with certifications in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
- Experience in client management and agency settings preferred
- Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple client engagements and shifting priorities in a remote/hybrid environment
