HubSpot Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HubSpot Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support Portal Governance by managing HubSpot configuration, user permissions, and system health
• Execute the Roadmap by building complex workflows and automated sequences based on business requirements
• Manage Independent Projects from scoping to implementation and post-launch troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of hands-on experience as a HubSpot admin with paid versions of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and/or Operations Hubs
• HubSpot Certifications in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub are preferred
• Proficiency in using Miro for process mapping and Notion for project management
• Proven ability to manage technical projects independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
