HUD Loan Closing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HUD Loan Closing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and ensure accuracy of closing documents for HUD 232 loans, securing revisions as necessary
• Coordinate closing logistics with participants and maintain compliance with FHA requirements
• Conduct detailed reviews of loan files to identify discrepancies and maintain organized records of transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; paralegal training is a plus
• 4+ years of loan closing experience, with 3+ years in multifamily, healthcare, or FHA loan programs
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and documentation standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in a federally funded or government contracting environment is preferred
