Job Summary
To support NASA's Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, the full-time remote Human Capital Analyst will manage enterprise-wide human capital initiatives, including data analysis, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement while providing consulting services to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Create reports, briefings, and presentations to support management and program organization
- Facilitate client meetings and manage project implementation plans and milestones
Required qualifications
- Minimum graduate degree in a related field, or bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 5 years of directly related experience without a degree
- Minimum 1 year of consulting experience preferred
- Prior experience in federal Human Capital learning and development required
- Strong statistical and data analysis skills; psychometric knowledge preferred
- Detailed knowledge of federal HR/HC policies and project management practices
