Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Management Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure data integrity related to all Human Resources/Payroll information management processes and transactions
Review and build audit reports to ensure system functionality
Serve as the technical point of contact for HR/Payroll and support system upgrades and testing

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
1-3 years in an HCMS role
Proficiency in Business intelligence platforms, specifically in Cognos solutions
Ability to troubleshoot technical and data issues
Customer service focus with the ability to drive projects to completion
