Human Capital Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Human Capital Generalists to support business units and employee relations
• Identify gaps and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks and enhance business success
• Develop relationships with key leaders and act as the ultimate point of contact for escalated Human Capital issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition & Human Capital experience
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Talent Acquisition & Human Capital within IT/ITES/Enterprise Services
• Post-Graduate/Masters Degree in Human Resources Management
• Strong knowledge of multiple Human Capital disciplines and Labor Laws
• Experience in leveraging Shared Services tools to enhance service delivery
