Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Human Capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Human Capital Generalists to support business units and employee relations
- Identify gaps and implement necessary changes to mitigate risks and enhance business success
- Develop relationships with key leaders and act as the ultimate point of contact for escalated Human Capital issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of Talent Acquisition & Human Capital experience
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in Talent Acquisition & Human Capital within IT/ITES/Enterprise Services
- Post-Graduate/Masters Degree in Human Resources Management
- Strong knowledge of multiple Human Capital disciplines and Labor Laws
- Experience in leveraging Shared Services tools to enhance service delivery
