Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Program Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide planning and program support for multiple leadership development programs
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling and enrollment in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate project assessment activities and support program leads in developing process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of experience related to the specified duties and responsibilities
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to pass a background check
